What each service covers

Counted from the same 67 tasks above, so this table and the checklist can never disagree.

Deep Cleaning55 of 67$250–$500

Common questions

What should be on a house cleaning checklist?+

A complete checklist covers six areas: kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, floors, and the whole-home details most people forget. This one lists 67 tasks across those six. The kitchen and bathrooms take the longest and are what a clean home is judged on, so they carry the most items.

What is the difference between a regular clean and a deep clean?+

A recurring visit covers 25 of the 67 tasks here: surfaces, floors, bathrooms, and the kitchen. A deep clean covers 55, adding inside the oven and refrigerator, baseboards, grout, window tracks, ceiling fans, and behind furniture. That difference in scope is the difference in price, $120–$275 against $250–$500.

How often should each room be cleaned?+

Kitchens and bathrooms need weekly attention because they are wet and used daily. Bedrooms and living areas hold up for two weeks. The whole-home details, baseboards, vents, blinds, and ceiling fans, need doing two or three times a year, and in Florida closer to three because of humidity and pollen.

What do Jacksonville homes need that other checklists miss?+

Three things. Humidity means bathroom grout and extractor fans grow mildew far faster here than the national norm. Pollen season loads HVAC vents and blinds between February and April. And hard water leaves limescale on taps and shower glass within weeks. Those items are flagged in the list.

Can I use this to check my cleaner did the job?+

Yes, that is what the second mode is for. Choose the service you booked and the list shows only what that service includes, greying out the rest with the service that does cover them. It is a fair way to check the work and a clear way to see what you would need to book to get the rest.

Can I print this checklist?+

Yes. Print the page and you get the tasks and checkboxes with the navigation, controls, and buttons stripped out. Tick as you go and stick it on the fridge.
