Stop chasing work.
Start quoting it.
We build the search visibility. You do the cleaning. Homeowners across Duval, Clay, St. Johns counties find us, tell us about their home, and we hand you a named person who is ready for a price.
This is a paid lead service.
You pay a flat monthly fee for qualified leads: real people who filled in our quote form asking for a price on a clean. No commission on your jobs, no charge per lead, and no cut of anything the customer books later.
If it makes sense for us to work together, we send you leads for a trial period first, so we can both see how you convert them. No contract. Keep every customer you win.
What this is, and what it is not
Maids of Jacksonville is a 23-neighborhood website built to rank for the searches Jacksonville homeowners actually make: what cleaning costs, who covers their zip code, and who they can trust in their house. When someone fills in the quote form, that request goes to a cleaning business we have verified. We want that business to be you, and we charge a flat monthly fee for it.
What we are not: a franchise, a staffing agency, or a company that takes a percentage of your jobs. We do not set your prices, we do not employ your cleaners, and we do not keep your customers. If you win the job, the customer is yours, including everything they book afterwards.
What we ask in return is the monthly fee, and that you can prove you are licensed and insured, that you screen the people you send into homes, and that you reply the same business day. Those last three are the entire promise the site makes to homeowners, so they are not negotiable.
What the monthly fee actually buys
Eight things, and the first one is the reason most cleaning businesses stay.
The customer is yours, permanently
You quote it, you price it, you clean it, and you keep them. We take no commission on the job and no cut of anything they book afterwards. A recurring customer we introduce once is a customer you bill for years.
One flat fee, however busy it gets
Not per lead, and not a percentage. A good month costs you exactly what a quiet one does, so every extra job the site sends is margin rather than a bigger bill. You can forecast it, which per-lead pricing never lets you do.
They arrive ready to be quoted
Every lead has already told us their zip, their home size, how many bathrooms, which service, and how often they want it. You are not spending a call working out whether it is worth a call.
A dashboard that shows you what you paid for
Every lead we route to you, the moment it lands, with running counts for the last 7 and 30 days. You never have to take our word for the volume, which is exactly the point of showing it to you.
You are not bidding against four other cleaners
Leads go to one partner, not sold four times over to whoever calls fastest. The homeowner gets one company that answers, and you get a quote you can actually win at your own price.
We do the marketing you have been meaning to do
The website, the local search visibility, the Google Business Profile, the quote form, and the pricing pages that set expectations before anyone calls you. 23 neighborhoods and 6 services, all of it built and maintained by us.
Being licensed and insured finally sells something
Most cleaning businesses carry the paperwork and get nothing back for it. Here it is the whole pitch we make to homeowners on your behalf, which is why we ask to see it before anyone is sent a customer.
No contract, and no exit fee
A week of notice ends it. Nothing is locked in, nothing renews for a year, and you keep the customers you have already won. If it is not paying for itself, you should be able to stop, so you can.
Three steps to your first lead
Send your paperwork
License, certificate of insurance, and how you screen your cleaners. Takes about ten minutes.
We verify and agree coverage
Which neighborhoods you want, which services you take, and how many jobs a week you can absorb. If it makes sense on both sides, we start you on a trial period and agree the monthly fee from there.
Leads come to you
By email the moment they arrive, and in your dashboard. Name, phone, email, zip, home size, bathrooms, and the service they asked for. You quote it and you own the customer relationship.
See every lead you paid for
A flat monthly fee should never be a matter of trust. Your dashboard shows you exactly what arrived, so you can judge whether it is worth it.
Every lead, the moment it lands
Name, phone, email, zip, neighborhood, home size, bathrooms, service, how often they want it, when they want it, and anything they typed in themselves. The same details we email you, kept in one place you can search.
Track what you have worked
Mark each one new, contacted, quoted, won, or lost as you go. It is your working list, not a report we generate for you, so you can see at a glance which leads are still sitting there.
Counts you can check us on
Running totals for the last 7 days, the last 30 days, and since you started. That is the number the monthly fee should be judged against, so you get to see it whenever you want.
You get your access key once your license and insurance are verified. Already a partner? Sign in to your dashboard.
What you need to qualify
Four things. If you have them, the paperwork takes ten minutes.
A current Florida business license
Active and in your business name. We keep a copy on file.
General liability insurance
A certificate of insurance we can verify. This is what lets us tell homeowners they are covered.
A background-check policy
Tell us how you screen anyone you send into a home, and what disqualifies someone. It does not have to be expensive, it has to be real.
You answer the phone
We promise homeowners a same business day reply. If you cannot commit to that, this will not work for either of us.
Where the leads come from
23 neighborhoods across Duval, Clay, St. Johns counties, and 6 service types. Tell us which of these you want and we will route only those.
What cleaners ask us first
What does it cost?+
A flat monthly fee. Not a percentage of your jobs, not a charge per lead, and no setup cost. We agree the number with you before anything starts, based on the areas and services you take and what the volume there actually looks like, and it does not move when you have a busy month. You can end it any time with a week of notice. Nothing starts on day one, though: if it makes sense for us to work together, we send you leads for a trial period first, so you can see what the volume is worth and we can see how you convert it.
What counts as a qualified lead?+
A real person who filled in our quote form asking for a price on a clean, in an area you cover, for a service you offer. Bot submissions are filtered out before they ever reach you and are never counted, which is a filter we built after a wave of them hit our own inbox. If something does slip through, or a number is wrong, tell us and we will look at the routing. We would rather fix it than have you paying for noise.
Do I own the customer?+
Yes. You quote the job, you set your price, you do the work, and the customer is yours to keep. We are not taking a cut of the job or holding the relationship hostage. Repeat and recurring work is yours, and that is where the money in this business actually is.
How do I see the leads I am paying for?+
Two ways, and you do not have to choose. Every lead is emailed to you the moment it arrives, and every lead is also in your partner dashboard with running totals for the last 7 and 30 days. You get a key to that dashboard once your paperwork is verified. Nobody should pay a monthly fee on trust alone.
How many leads should I expect?+
We will not invent a number. The site is new and covers every neighborhood listed below, and volume builds as it ranks and as the Google Business Profile matures. That is exactly why we start with a trial period rather than a number, and why you get the dashboard: you find out what the volume is actually worth, we find out how you convert it, and neither of us is guessing afterwards.
Am I the only cleaner getting these leads?+
To start, yes. We would rather have one partner who answers the phone and does good work than five who each get a third of a lead. If volume outgrows what you can absorb, we will talk about it before adding anyone.
What do you actually do for me?+
We handle the part most cleaning businesses do not want to: the website, the local search visibility, the quote form, and the first filter on the customer. You get a named person who already wants their house cleaned and knows roughly what it costs.
What happens if a customer complains?+
We tell homeowners that if they report a problem within 24 hours the area gets cleaned again at no charge. We expect you to honor that. In exchange, we handle the conversation and we do not leave you guessing about what was promised.
