Amazing and very professional service. They did a great job. My wife and I have super busy schedules but we were able to squeeze a cleaning in for our 2 bedroom 2.5 bath home. I didn't have to ask for anything, she cleaned in a very timely manner and the house looks & smells amazing.

Maids of Jacksonville did an amazing job. Two employees were sent and quickly got to work doing a very good cleaning on the house. They arrived during the appointment window. When booking the appointment, it went smoothly and Eugene was very helpful and communicated well via text message. Also when the job was done, Eugene called to make sure we were 100% satisfied. Truthfully I don’t make enough time to focus on the small things like being neat and tidy at my apartment. Using a maid service was new for me and I was surprised at how easy the process was. Every blue moon I receive stellar service & remember to leave reviews. Restaurants are easy peasy but I had to take a few minutes for this one.
One I’ll say that I’ve never hired anyone to help me clean my house, well maybe I’ve bribed my kids but that’s not the point. I recently had a few family members move out and I just couldn’t balance life and purging out my house.
I responded to an ad online for a 2 hour clean.
So who knew you could clean 2 restrooms and 2 bedrooms in 2 hours? It takes me days to purge and deep clean lol. Melissa was on time, super polite and very helpful. I had intended for her to just deep clean one bathroom & spruce up one room. She was fast and asked for more tasks to utilize my full time scheduled. I’ll be scheduling her again very soon.
