We only use natural, green, eco-friendly products because we care about your health and the environment! Maids of Jacksonville cleaners are equipped with safe, family and pet friendly products and supplies at no extra charge to you.

 

Maids of Jacksonville offers one-time cleanings at any time. However, we also offer weekly, bi-weekly (every two weeks), or monthly cleaning at a discounted rate. The recurring cleanings are automatically scheduled on the same day and time based on the interval you select. We send a reminder email and text message to let you know of upcoming cleanings. At any time, you can log into your account to skip or reschedule service.

  1. Select the number of bedrooms and bathrooms in your home (round up the number of bathrooms).
  2. Select the time and date that you would like our professional cleaner to come to your home.

How much will it cost?

Our flat rate pricing is based on the number of bedrooms and bathrooms you need cleaned and your chosen service. Enter this information on our simple booking page and you will see your total cost. What you see is what you pay.

Do you bring your own cleaning supplies, products and equipment?

Yes, Maids of Jacksonville cleaners are equipped with safe, family and pet friendly products and supplies at no extra charge to you. We provide all cleaning supplies, products, and equipment for the service.

 

We only use high quality equipment and natural, green, eco-friendly products! We care about your health and the environment!

What is the Maids of Jacksonville guarantee?

We guarantee that you will be satisfied with your cleaning. If for some reason you are not, just let us know within 24 hours and we promise to send a cleaner to re-clean the affected areas for free within 3 days. After the re-clean, if you still don’t think we did a good enough job to recommend us to your family and friends, we’ll refund your money.

What’s included in a cleaning?

Maids of Jacksonville has a cleaning checklist that your cleaning professional will follow for your detailed house cleaning service, move in/move out service, and/or add-on services. If you have additional requests, leave a note in your account after checkout or contact us before your service.

 

Note: For the safety of our professionals and other reasons, we cannot perform the following: cleaning that requires climbing on ladders, cleaning exterior windows, cleaning bio-hazards (mold, blood, bodily fluids, etc.), deep stain removal, insect and pest removal, cleaning animal waste, cleaning blinds, moving items that require heavy lifting, and cleaning rooms affected by hoarding.

Is there anything that you won’t do?

For the safety of our cleaning professionals and other reasons, we cannot perform the following:

When will I be charged for my cleaning?

Your credit/debit card is not charged until after the service is completed. Please note that on the day before service a pre-authorization hold is made to your card. This is just a hold even though some banks may show this as a charge. The final charge takes place after your service is completed. If you’re using a gift card, you will be charged at the time of purchase.

 

 

What form of payments do you accept for your services?

Can I request special tasks or extras?

Sure! Simply let us know your request by responding to your confirmation email, logging into your account and adding a comment, or contacting us.

 

If you have any cleaning, parking, driving, or other instructions, please let us know as soon as possible before your service.

What is your refund policy?

If our service does not meet your expectations, please let us know. We’ll send someone out to make it right (within a 3 day window). If you’re still not happy with the service after our re-clean is completed, we offer a full refund.

Can I apply a coupon or gift card to an existing appointment?

Absolutely! Log into your account and update your booking. Enter your coupon or gift card code into the booking form as you are updating it. Your final price will automatically change to reflect your coupon or gift card balance. At any time you can log into your account and see the balance on any gift cards you have.

How do I refer a friend or family member?

You can refer a friend or family member to Maids of Jacksonville by sharing a unique referral link. To find your unique referral link, log into your account and click the refer a friend link at the top. You can also find your referral link in your reminder emails.

 

Share your link with all your family and  friends. When they book with your referral link, they will be eligible for a discount on their first booking. You will earn free credits to use toward future bookings when they complete their first booking.

 

You can redeem your referrals at any time by entering your referral code into the discount/promotion field on the booking form.

Why is the discount code not working?

Some discounts are for first time customers only and some are for recurring customers only. In addition, some discounts can only be used one time and will not work for future services. Contact us if you have any questions.

How can I redeem my voucher, coupon, or gift card?

Enter your voucher, coupon, or gift card code into the booking form (in the promo code area) as you are booking your cleaning. Your final price will automatically change to reflect your coupon, voucher, or gift card balance. If you have any issues, please contact us.

Why is there a two-hour window for cleaning services?

Our two-hour window allows us to handle the unpredictability of traffic, weather, parking, and other surprises. In addition, we have to deal with the unpredictability of cleaning services. Homes are different sizes and require different levels of effort to make them clean, so predicting the time spent at a home is incredibly difficult. Also, please note that the cleaning professional can arrive any time during the two-hour window period. Thanks so much for understanding.

Will I get the same cleaning professional every time?

You may or may not get the same cleaning professional every time. It depends on the cleaning professional’s availability and other issues that may arise, among other things. If you prefer to receive the same cleaning professional every time, please let us know. We will make every effort to send the same person.

Can I request a particular cleaning professional?

If you’d like to request a specific cleaning professional, let us know. We will do our best to honor your request depending on the cleaning professional’s availability and other issues that may arise.

How does the recurring discount work?

Maids of Jacksonville offers weekly, bi-weekly (every two weeks), or monthly cleaning at a discounted rate. The recurring cleanings are automatically scheduled on the same day and time based on the interval you select. We send a reminder email and text message to let you know of upcoming cleanings. At any time, you can log into your account to skip or reschedule service.

 

If you book a recurring service, the discount will be applied after the first cleaning service.

Can I use my gift card towards more than one cleaning?

Yes, you can use your gift card until the balance is depleted. Contact us if you have any questions or issues.

How can I dispute a fee or charge?

Please contact us so we can research and resolve the issue quickly.

Can I tip my cleaning professional?

Tips are accepted. You can tip in cash or you can log into your account and add a tip to your booking. You can also contact us and we can add the tip to your account.

What happens if my cleaning professional is running late?

Please note that the cleaning professional can arrive any time during the two-hour window period (8:30 to 10:30 for example). Contact us right away at (904) 274-0416 to report any issues and we will quickly address them. Our goal is 100% happiness.

 

 

How can I reschedule or cancel my booking?

If it is at least 24 hours before your cleaning service, log into your account and select a new date or cancel your booking. You can also contact us and let us know.

 

If it is less than 24 hours before your cleaning service, contact us. Please note that there is a $70 cancellation fee if the cancellation is made after 5pm on the day before your cleaning service.

I found something that doesn’t work right on the site. What should I do?

Can I trust my cleaning professional?

Absolutely! We run a detailed nationwide background check on all of our cleaning professionals during our hiring process. We hire only the most trustworthy, motivated, reliable and experienced cleaners in your area.

What happens if something goes wrong during my appointment?

If anything goes wrong during your appointment, please contact us right away at (904) 274-0416. A dedicated customer service representative will be glad to assist.

 

If you are not happy with your cleaning for any reason, please contact us within 24 hours of your cleaning and we will make arrangements to come back and exceed your expectations.

 

Our cleaners are extremely careful with our customer’s belongings. However, accidents can happen. When they do, our policy is to inform you immediately. We will pay up to a certain amount per damaged or broken item, after the value has been verified. Please move all expensive and highly valuable items to a safe location before we arrive to your home to clean.

Is my payment information kept safe and secure?

Yes, it is!  Our website uses highly encrypted and secure software. We have three levels of security in place.

 

Firstly, our booking page is protected by RapidShare SSL. Secondly, our booking form has it’s own layer of 256 bit security. Thirdly, credit card transactions are processed by Stripe and is layered on their own 256 bit security protocol. In addition, no credit card numbers are stored in our system (only a token that allows us to charge the card).

 

Rest assured, we take security very, very seriously.

Do the cleaning professionals go through a background check?

Absolutely! We run a detailed nationwide background check on all applicants as the last step in our hiring process.

Are you licensed and bonded?

Yes, our cleaning professionals are fully licensed, bonded, and insured.
